Classical Ballet...
This is the most disciplined dance form. Children can start Classical Ballet classes from the age of 2. At this age the pupils learn through a sense of fun and exciting but controlled environment. 

Classical Ballet enables a person to improve their posture, musicality and give confidence and discipline that will stay with them as they grow. 

Modern...
Modern compliments the Classical Ballet technique. It is a good form of dance to study who also wish to participate in Jazz classes. Modern is great for developing strength, coordination and rhythm. It is a structured class but extremely enjoyable and allows everyone the freedom to express themselves through their movements.

Tap...
Tap is a great dance form to study to keep the brain motivated. Tap is all about rhythm and intricate footwork. A great skill is achieved by children and adults alike who study this dance form.

Jazz...
Jazz is a development of modern. A variety of Jazz styles includes Commercial Jazz, which is mostly seen by pop stars and what they promote in their music videos and Street Jazz which Hip Hop style comes from! 

Ballroom & Latin American...
A good class to further dance training, working with a partner and being aware of the presence of other people and working as a team in the dance studio. Ballroom also encourages space awareness.

Musical Theatre...
A form of theatrical performance that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance. The story and emotional content of a musical – humour and love are communicated through the words, music, movement and technical aspects of the entertainment as an integrated whole!

Acro Gymnastics...
Acro is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics and its use of acrobatics in a dance context!

Adult Ballet & Tap...
A fun way of keeping fit! Classes are aimed for all abilities and experience no matter what age stage or fitness level you are. The class is tailored to each individual and there is no pressure to get all the steps, the classes are just full of fun! An experience you will enjoy!

Silver Swans®- Licensed by the Royal Academy of Dance...
Specially designed for older learners, Silver Swans® ballet classes will help improve mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. The health benefits of dance are well documented. Research also often puts dance ahead of other physical activities in the variety of health benefits that it brings. Ballet and dance are also very social activities and Silver Swans® classes can be great places to meet new people with a passion and joy for life!

Silver Swans® - Seated Swans...

Seated Swans are carefully crafted exercises that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of learners with mobility issues. Drawing upon the principles of Ballet, each exercise and class is structured to promote strength, flexibility and balance whilst prioritising safety, accessibility and inclusivity and being guided through a diverse range of seated exercises engaging both body and mind.
